Drop down microwave door is a dumb design

by: Too short to clean micro

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Source: whirlpool.com

There is a horrible buzzing noise when it's heating up. We are waiting for parts. The appliance repair guy thinks it's a faulty fan or "brain". There is no way I can reach the back of the microwave to clean the back wall, did anyone actually try to clean this appliance when it was in the development stage? A 7 foot man can probably do it. But not the average sized woman.

Control panel confusing

by: Craiglw

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The control panel is fairly confusing in how it switches from the microwave to the oven. It should be much clearer - and is confusing sometimes to know even if the oven is on. And I'm even in IT - and I found it hard to use. And the volume of the alarms are also too low. Also, the controlling of the oven from the phone is something most people will never probably use.

Easy use

This was installed a week ago and it didn't take any time how to use the touchscreen.
