So disappointed in this product

Was so excited to get this new stove and I have used it for 14 months and now the Hot Surface light will not go off. Sounds like a sensor issue. I am disappointed in this product and regret buying it. From what I have read on line this seems to be an issue with this model.

This is the second Black Stainless Steel Samsung appliance I have purchased for my daughter, like I said before we Love the color and wonderful features . Two down and Two more to go. The kitchen is looking beautiful.

Nice range for a fair price

We've used this range for about 3 weeks, and so far it is working to expectations. The front burners have multiple zones and are great for different size pans. I don't think they heat as quickly as our previous Kenmore, but it's just a minute or two difference. Controls are easy to use, very simple operation.

This electric range/convection oven is easy to use and extremely efficient. It is also very nice looking and fits well with the counter tops and other appliances in the kitchen. I am looking forward to using it for many of my baking/cooking needs, such as holiday meal preparation for Thanksgiving and Christmas goodies.
