We bought this unit in Sept/19-Arrive damaged and still waiting for it to be fixed. Taking forever.

The grades worry me some because the edges get hot and very close to wall and counter but it seems ok.

They (Whirlpool) don’t tell you the stainless steel around the oven door opening is a separate peace that is double stick taped on to the face of the door, so when it came to us it was already pulled off on one side and we didn’t notice it when the delivery men brought it in ,they must have pulled on it when they were taking it out of the wrapping it came in. CHEAP!!! Make sure when your looking to buy to check and see if the stainless is wrap all the way around the door sides and not just taped on the front with a 1/8 “ around the sides....try pulling on it and make sure it’s a strong peace of stainless steel and not thin and flimsy. CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP! $800.00 dollars you would think it would be made better....... we bought a whirlpool refrigerator also it worked exactly 7 days just our luck...they just don’t make them like they us to
