I bought this 3 months ago and spent the whole time I had it trying to get it repaired the last time was because it wouldnt heat to dry clothes I spent most of my time arguing with customer service about the code it was throwing and went through their steps and still couldnt get anywheres So I ordered a dryer thermistor and my husband had to take the front off the dryer and the drum and the tube the heating element is in was not hooked up it was lying in the bottom of the dryer My husband had to hook it up It was not hooked up at the factory So I spent 3 months hauling clothes to the laundry Matt to get them dried because LG wouldnt send anybody out they kept telling me my dryer duct was plugged which it wasnt

Had this for a couple months and its capacity is great it will handle a king size comforter and saves me a trip to the dry cleaner. Only thing Id like to see improved is you cant choose the temperature unless you use the time dry setting. Other than that its been great.

Limited drying temps

Easy to use but dislike that the various settings Normal Bedding Towels etc. have a preset temp by LG and you cannot change it. I had LG dryer in my prior home and loved all the features. It appears LG has downgraded on features offered.
