    i’ve had this dryer for about a month now. i was so excited because i’ve always lived in apartments with tiny dryers that took forever and thought i would finally be done with that after getting this one hooked up. i was wrong. i have to cycle my clothes twice because even after an hour and a half they won’t be dry, and i’m not exaggerating at all when i say it takes 3-4 hours to dry my comforter. i know it’s normal for sheets and blankets to ball up in the dryer but even with 5-6 dryer balls it will ball up immediately, which is ridiculous because i specifically bought a giant dryer to have enough room for my comforter to be dried in one cycle. i am beyond disappointed. even when i lived in apartments i never had this much trouble doing my laundry in my life.

    after many hours of research, i decided to purchase this dryer. it was delivered today, and i completed my first load. everything dried but i noticed when loading the dryer, the one item that was at the top of my must have list was a light inside the dryer. all the dryers i looked at had a light. i am in disbelief that i missed this one single important feature to me. i have the platinum the tub dark as well. my old dryer had it. not this one. i can't believe i missed this feature. who designs a dryer without an interior light?? someone who has never had to do a single load of laundry! having a light included should be standard equipment in every dryer made today. my flashlight will be used for more than the occasional power outage until it is time to replace this model.

    i bought the washer and dryer combo (7.4 cu large capacity dryer and 5.2 cu ft high top load washer...cause best buy sold them as a pair) and first of all, the dryer is about 6" shorter than the washer. the washer is awesome. maybe i have to read the manual, but this dryer doesn't dry well at all. i've put it on every option...normal, heavy, blanket, timed, quick dry...and unless the load is only a handful, i've had to dry everything 2-3 times. terrible!
