No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can not get the washing machine cleaner not only where I bought the machine but no where locally. I live in one of the largest metro areas in the US and cannot get this product locally! This is just crazy. You would think someone would carry this stuff. NO!!!

I keep this product handy for both my washing machine and my dishwasher. It does exactly as it promises, it removes residue, gunk from soap and fabric softener build-up and leaves a lasting fresh scent.
