    Nothing but junk

    washer cycle runs twice as long as my old whirlpool because the tub gets out of balance constantly. does not rince clothes out good. has made my power bill higher because it has to run longer even though it’s supposed to be energy efficient. i will never buy another samsung washer and dryer.

    It's big and cheaper but I can't put the softener!

    i like that i can put more laundry on it but i don't know when to put my softener since it doesn't have a compartment for it. once it's rinsing it's locked and i don't know when is the perfect time to put the softener. every time i opened it and it was rinsing there are no water on it. once i come back to check again, it's already on spinning mode.

    This Samsung top load washer has a clean yet classy look. It's easy to use, just add your favorite detergent then load your clothes, no agitater to get in the way. The next part is what I like best, just select one of the eight preset seeing, choose from any of the four water temps, then either choose from the door water levels or let the machine do that for you. This self cleaning sleek washer also provides a clear illuminated cycle monitoring panel that allows you too track it's progress. It's a clean and Easy to use washer that compliments the Samsung dryer perfectly.

    This washer is the best one I've had and I had a new, expensive one at my old place. It isn't oversized, but can fit large loads. It's simple, but has every option you need. I never needed nor used the complicated options for other washers. It looks sleek and high quality. The wash cycles are quiet and my toddler can sleep through the cycle signals because it's nice on the ears instead of a loud buzz. Easy to keep clean and cleans my clothes efficiently. I am very happy with this product!

    We’ve had so many good experiences washing our clothes in this Samsung washing machine. Laundry has seemed truly easy with the bigger basin and very simple choices. In our house, we usually have workout or sports clothing. Therefore, we like to add rinse aid, and other additives. It’s so easy to do that in this bigger washer. We share the chore of doing laundry now that it’s so simple.
