    i had to replace my old washer and decided to go with this one because i never had any issues with samsung and all my kitchen appliances are samsung. well big mistake, i purchase the impeller model and the washer is super loud and the noise drives you crazy. i called customer service and provided them with a video of the cycle so they could hear the noise and i was told that it was normal. i can’t believe that such a loud noise is normal for a brand new washer, not even my old one from the 80’s was so loud. i am so disappointed with this purchase that i feel the need to replace it with another brand before i go crazy with the noise!!!!
