Cheap built to make LG money

The washing machine makes a very loud banging sound during the wash cycle. The loud noise is the result of cheap connectors that holds the tub in position. Most of the material used in this problem area is plastic I called LG about this problem and they gave me the run around. The manager never called me as the customer service person promised. The manager of Lowes did replace the first washer I purchased however after 30 days the new washer became worse than the first washer and also very noisy. I am a retired military SMSGT USAF. I hope my military family understands that LG is NOT as advertised and do NOT use this company.

for 6 weeks this machine was very quiet then it began to make clinking clunking knocking noises. your repairman came over tested the machine without a load and told me it was normal. It just continually gets worse. The engineers designed a product to sound this way ? Ill tear it down and fix it myself someday I have owned this for 4 months.

So User Friendly with great features.

We just purchased our new washer 2 weeks ago to replace a 15 year old washer. The new washer was very easy to figure out the new technology features. My husband was amazed at how little water it took to wash our laundry. He watched the whole process the first time we used it.So far we are very pleased with our purchase.
