Top Loader for the win

We purchased a top loader washer because our front loader was creating mold around its seal. It was tedious work cleaning it and maintaining it. With the top loader there is no issues and this LG model does it all. Its very nice.

Never buy LG. The worst company ever

I Purchased a washer and dryer set March 2022. They were working fine until September 21 2022. I washed a mattress protector on the waterproof cycle as suggested for waterproof items. I left the washing machine on as I went to run errands. When I got home my machine was 3 feet away from the wall sideways damaged beyond belief. The sensor failed to stop the machine when the load became unbalanced. Obviously it shook so violently. It hit my countertop and damaged the Formica. It hit the dryer that was by it causing damage to the dryer. The machine itself where it hit the countertop was dented severely in the front and blown out on the sides. LG uses the cop out that it was user error. That is her favorite phrase for anyone that has issues with their products. They refuse to accept that its a manufacturing defect. Therefore they will not give me my money back or replace the machine.

It washes clothes well. It does take too long on cycles and so far I havent found a dry only cycle
