Plugged it in an did not work from the start. I bought through the whirlpool web site thinking it would be easier. I had to call a local certified repair store to come and diagnose a defective unit. Process is going on 3 weeks

We have had it for 3 weeks and so far it keeps up with our needs. Thanksgiving is almost here and family is on the way. We’ll see how it performs. Also, summer is a whole different story in TX.
