We made our purchase about a month ago after we had to return a different brand refrigerator we found to be unsatisfactory for our needs. The features which weve found to be superior are a larger overall capacity WIFI connection Large ice cube extra storage tray in freezer and larger trays on side doors. Our purchase makes us feel confident in the purchase of an LG product.

I have had to fridge for close to a month now. I love the fridge style and size. Plenty of room and the quality of fridge is great. Mine was damaged during delivery and I still have it. I am waiting for Home Depot and LG to send me a new one. I have been waiting for LG to contact me for a month now.

The LG refrigerator has been a very reliable product and has ample capacity for all of our needs. The refrigerator has a very stylish look and meets our expectations for LG products.

The biggest problem with these refrigerators is the linear compressor. Mine just went out and my neighbor across the street from me had theirs go out a week before mine. Another minor annoying problem is the ice maker. It is in the left fridge door. The ice cubes bunch up and block the photo eye so you will not have ice when you need it. Also when the compressor went out I woke up to a big puddle of water around the refrigerator because the ice melted and flowed out of the ice door. Customer service is overseas and I am still waiting for them to get back to me about replacing the food that I lost. The first rep put in for it incorrectly. The 2nd rep said that she would expedite my claim and I havent heard anything back yet by cell or email. I wish that someone would get back to me about this.

Great refrigerator

We bought this refrigerator and could not be happier the inside is spacious and very well lit I also love the extra ice storage in the freezer. We had a side by side previously and this one has so much more room.
