after about a month, this model refrigerator broke and the panel is now flashing with error codes. we waited about a full week before buying groceries and now the refrigerator is full of stakes, fresh seafood and perishable food/ items. now we have to throw it all away. not sure when the technician will arrive and no idea if we have to wait months for parts!!!

I’m in love with my new fridge !!!!!! Is huge the high capacity is a plus in my house we are a big family, it have automatic In-Door Ice Maker, omg first time that I have a fridge that make ice really happy with that, door alarm, love the design very sophisticated and elegant, stainless still in black less fingers all over the fridge , the light inside is really bright, two drawers very big and includes wifi I downloaded an app that help me to control the temperature of my fridge.

I love the design and sleek look of this fridge and this is what drew me to the fridge in the first place. The doors are able to hold plenty of items as well as the interior of the fridge unlike my other fridges I have owned and I am able to see my items in the fridge better due to this bright LED light. . My favorite feature is the color that doesn’t show finger prints and marks and this helps with the simple sleek design. There is also a 2 minute alarm that also goes off when the door is open and not completely closed, this feature has saved me from leaving my fridge open several times especially with having little ones in the house that can not shut it all the time. I love that the alarm is 2 minutes because my past one was a minute and that was way too short. We have also been able to use the flash power freeze option over the holidays making a special punch that use to require being in the freezer all night but with the flash freeze option on the fridge I am now able to make this punch just hours before the entertaining.

This fridge is gorgeous! The dark stainless steel color is perfect for my decor inside my home. From the outside of the fridge you cannot tell just how much space is available inside. One of the best things is how quiet it is. The fridge I had before emitted a constant hum, but this Samsung fridge is almost silent. The ice maker works great too. Being able to use the smart things app is a plus as well. I have already told all my friends and family about this fridge, and I’m pretty sure my brother has one on order.
