I really like the beverage refrigerator, it has lots of room but I really wish the bottom wine drawer would pull out.

I very disappointed in this beverage center. I ordered this online and never saw it in person. Before ordering I specifically look for "Dual Control Temperature" which the description clearly states. However, this is not true. There is only one control that regulates both the top and bottom sections. You cannot control the two sections separately. It's the craziest design. I'm hoping to exchange it.

I just had the beverage center installed a couple of months ago and have encountered fluctuating temperatures in my upper section from 30-58 degrees, at least as indicated on the digital read-out. I just got off the phone with a nice customer service agent who informed me that the technician told her that was normal, just like a refrigerator when the compressor goes on and off. Maybe, but it is hard to believe that is the way it was intended to operate. I also asked why that was not included as a whirlpool response to all of the other reviews, since it would save a lot of time for everyone to know this is standard. It may be fine, but I am not yet comfortable with that answer. My account number is 631263509.

We had the tech come out today to service the unit due to the constant fluctuation in temperature. He said the unit is working as it should. He indicated the temp would auto adjust depending on how many beverages are in the unit. However we noticed, even with it empty the temp. varies greatly. Considering the ad for this product indicates the unit's dual zones allow it to be customizable (which is indeed not true), I have sent an email to request a refund.I'll update when I receive a response.

We bought the beverage center in June 2016. Appliance was not installed into our new kitchen until October 2016 and immediately noticed the temperature fluctuations. You could look at the beverage center and the temperature would say 55 degrees and then 20 minutes later it changed to 30.Contacted the store we purchased the center from and they replaced it with a new one within a couple of weeks. Within days of the new beverage center being installed it was showing same problems as the first one. We are now experiencing problems with the store we purchased it from as they don't believe that the beverage center is not having the problems we are describing. After reviewing the reviews on the manufactured website and showing several to them and are finally willing to listen.We are not impressed with this product since neither one actually kept the beverages/wine cold. Save your money and don't purchase this product.
