We guarantee the lowest price! We will price match key local and online retailers at the time of purchase and up to 30 days after purchase.
The item must be the same brand, model, and condition to qualify, and it must be available for purchase. Verification of the model number and sale price is also required.
If you find a better price within 30 days of your purchase, please let us know and we will refund you the difference.
Some exclusions are: open-box products, sales tax, rebates and free offers, typographical errors, discontinued or clearance items, going-out-of-business specials, and others.
Online purchases can be made using VISA. MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. In-store purchases can be made with the previously mentioned credit or debit cards, as well as cash, personal check (with valid in-state ID), and Synchrony financing (based on credit approval).
We offer free outside/garage drop-off delivery on any appliance purchase of $299 or more within roughly 100 miles of either of our stores. A complete zip code list is available here. Delivery may be available outside of this range, however additional mileage charges may apply. We do not typically exceed delivery options beyond 200 miles from either of our stores.
Our delivery service includes hauling away the old, uninstalled appliance(s) free of charge, if needed. Additional charges may apply for stairs, or taking products through doorways (ie: into homes or businesses).
Installation is available on most major appliances at an additional cost based on the item(s) needing to be installed. You can find a list of our installation services and pricing here. Basic hook-up material is included in the cost of installation on the following products : Washer (6ft rubber fill hoses), Electric Dryer (6 ft vent kit + 6 ft electric dryer cord), Gas Dryer (6 ft vent kit + 4ft flex gas line), Refrigerator (6 ft water line, if applicable), Dishwasher (6 ft fill line + elbow, if applicable), Electric Range (6 ft electric range cord), Gas Range (4 ft flex gas line).

Once a product is purchased, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives during our operating hours in order to schedule delivery and installation, if applicable. We are available by email or phone at least 12pm to 6pm every day of the week. Extended hours may vary.
We offer delivery Monday through Saturday to ensure that your order is delivered within a timely manner. If the item is in stock, standard delivery times are within 3-7 business days. If the item is a special order product, delivery times can be within 1-3 weeks, depending on the product's availability. Our customer service representatives will inform you of approximate ordering and/or delivery times upon initial contact after your order is submitted.
Orders that include normally stocked items can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Special Order items may not be cancelled once they are ordered.
All authorized refunds of payments made by credit card will be credited to the originally charged credit/debit card account within 3-5 business days.
Returns or exchanges must receive prior authorization – please contact one of our stores in order to initiate this process. If a return is authorized, we will refund your purchase total, less shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Be sure to review all item specifications, including dimensions and fit guides, before making a purchase in order to avoid returning items.
For items that shipped free, our shipping costs will be deducted from a refund.
Please inspect your appliance completely before accepting delivery. Damaged items should be refused upon delivery, at which point we will attempt to replace the item or provide a refund.
All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty once delivery of damage-free merchandise has been accepted. If the product is defective upon first use, please contact the manufacturer. In most cases, a technician must assess the product on behalf of the manufacturer in order to determine the best course of action in correcting the defect and/or resolving the issue.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted unless it is in new condition. Returned product must have all packaging, product literature, blank warranty cards, and must be in the same condition as it was upon receipt.
Returns will only be authorized within 30 days, and we have the right to refuse any return. Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for a standard return.
All returns are subject to a 15% - 30% restocking fee. Some special order items may not be eligible for a return. Some returns may be subject to additional shipping/freight charges.
A refund will be processed after we receive the product(s) back at the original shipping warehouse. Refunds from online purchases will only be processed using the same credit or debit card the purchase was made with. Refunds from cash or check payments made in-store will be made via check.
If a residential appliance or television is installed in a commercial location, the manufacturer’s warranty is voided.
If the unit is transferred outside of the continental United States, the manufacturer’s warranty is voided.
Mattresses and bedding products are not authorized for return.
