I've had this tv for several months now, and couldn't be happier. It had a lot of apps set up to download on it already. The picture quality and the rest of the features are great. The price was good too. My only complaint is it won't sync up with my cable box remote so I can't adjust the volume, but I haven't tried to contact LG for help yet.

We purchased this tv in Oct 2017. Since that time, we have had 5 service calls to our home and many frustrating phone calls which have not remedied the issues. All of the issues occur randomly so of course, not when the repair person is there. The issues include 1. On antenna tv the picture freezes while the audio continues. Then the picture catches up in fast motion. 2. TV cannot hold a wifi password so it has to be re-entered frequently. 3. TV goes to No Signal after which it has to be unplugged and plugged back in for the set to turn back on. LG says this is normal to have to unplug your tv occasionally. 4. Television will turn off in the middle of watching without any timers being set. 5. A message will flash in the upper right corner that a USB device is being connected and disconnected when there is nothing happening with a USB device at all. 6. The audio sync is off even when you adjust it under settings. 7. The remote works randomly. 8. The Smart Services on the television are not always available and it has issues connecting to internet viewing services. We have to use a digital media player to connect to those channels. The customer service was good but the television has not been fixed and it would appear to be a lemon. LG has advised that we purchased a sensitive television that is not compatible with our environment. LG regrets that we are unsatisfied with the performance of this television and going forward to please contact customer service for any further assistance.

I have had this TV for less then a year. The TV was working fine. The TV could not connect to the WiFi I had to use cable in order for it to work. Then the HDMI port stopped working. Then later on in the day the TV just shut off and wouldn't power back on. So I called LG because its still under the manufacturers warranty and I got the run around with them after talking to 3 different reps. I took it back to best buy and they told me the same that is still under the manufacturers warranty so they sent the TV back to LG for them to fix.

IÕve had this for about a month now and so far itÕs been a great TV. I did have a little trouble getting the picture settings set up how I liked it but once I got that forgives out it was great. The remote acts like a mouse curser on the tv which I did not know when I bought it, but it was a good surprise. The controller is not super complicated, my 3 year old son can work the volume buttons on it not problem. Over all great tv!

After having my TV for about 10 days, I have been blown away of how amazing it has been running! So far it has thrown my old TV out of the park from the new features this TV has. The flow of how smooth everything has been has made me extremely happy and truly recommend this product!
