I like the internal fridge and freezer space. the doors make it easy to access both sides. the temperature is not controlled as it is off by 4 degrees. it has only two front feet. it is hard to keep levelled. The ice and water dispenser are great, they look and feel great, and they are functional. The freezer has two drawers which make storing food easier. The internal of the fridge has drawers and shelves that are accessible and hold lots of food

No drip tray included and doors are difficult

I bought the refrigerator online based on the features I was interested in. French doors and bottom freezer. So I didn’t realize that I would have issues with standard functionality. Shortly after I received the refrigerator I noticed that it was missing the drip tray. I have contacted customer support and was promised that it would be delivered. When I didn’t receive it, I contacted customer service again and received the same empty promise. I still have no drip tray. In addition I find it difficult to close the doors. You need to shove it closed. It will not close with a simple push.
